How do I start?
Using your mobile camera or even better, through the xenio app, scan the QR code nearest to you. If your camera is not functioning then, through the xenio app, type in the code under the xenio sticker at the entrance.
How do I order without the waiter?
Choose the available products of your liking from the menu, as shown in xenio and add them to your basket.
In case you want to customize your order (e.g.: specify how much sugar you want for your coffee), you will be appropriately guided.
When finished, just press at the Basket button and your order will proceed.
How much time will I have to wait for my order?
The establishment will send you notifications as to the estimated time of delivery and when you are about to receive your order.
What can I do if I want to change or cancel my order?
You will have to notify the staff. What will happen next depends from the policy of the establishment you are in. The faster you initiate such a procedure, the more chances you have to get what you want.
How do I know that my order has been received?
Upon receiving your order confirmation, the establishment has already received your order and is preparing it.
If for any reason part of your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified and further instructions will be provided to you before receiving your order.
Do I pay more if I order through xenio?
No, you pay the same as by ordering to a waiter. All xenio services are free for you!
Do I need a credit card?
Not necessarily; you can choose to pay in cash or charge the order to your room.
